I made this for my friend Emma's 21st birthday. It took me about 8-10 hours to complete. I haven't worked with thread since I was pregnant with Aaron, so I'd forgotten how much longer it takes! This is what it is supposed to look like:
The design in the heart-shaped part of it isn't quite as crisp as in the original. Not bad for a first try though, I think.You can find the free pattern here:
